Who can enquire about Athena Air business pricing?
Australian businesses and organisations can enquire about business purchases, personal-use gifting or resale. Tell us who you are buying for and how IRIS will be used. An enquiry does not automatically qualify an order for a discount or commercial-use approval.
Do I need to be a reseller to ask for a business price?
No. You can ask about an eligible business purchase or staff and client gifts without planning to resell IRIS. Explain the intended use so the correct purchasing and warranty conditions can be considered.
Does every business receive a discount?
No automatic business discount is promised. Any approved price depends on the proposed order and the terms confirmed by Athena Air. Ask before paying at the standard retail checkout.
Can I enquire about one hair dryer or a small order?
Yes, you can request pricing for your proposed quantity, including a small order. This is not a promise of discounted single-unit pricing or a no-minimum wholesale account. Applicable quantities and prices must be confirmed.
How do wholesale and business purchases differ?
A business purchase is for your own intended use or for gifting. Wholesale supply is for resale to your customers. Resale permissions, ordering requirements and supply terms must be agreed separately.
Can a salon stock IRIS for customers to use at home?
A salon or stylist can enquire about retailing IRIS for customers' domestic use. This is different from operating the dryer on clients in the salon. Do not list yourself as an authorised stockist until supply and resale arrangements are approved.
Can IRIS be used professionally in a salon?
IRIS is currently designed and warranted for normal domestic household use. Athena Air's published policy excludes commercial, professional, salon and other high-volume business use from its manufacturer warranty. Do not treat this page as approval for professional use.
Can hotels or Airbnb hosts buy IRIS for guest rooms?
Accommodation operators can submit a suitability enquiry. Guest-room use is a business-use setting, so suitability and any applicable terms need written clarification before ordering. This page does not confirm commercial approval or commercial warranty coverage.
What about gyms, changing rooms or shared staff facilities?
Submit the intended setting and expected usage for a suitability discussion first. A domestic-use warranty should not be assumed to cover shared or high-volume facilities.
Can I order IRIS as a staff or client gift?
You can enquire about gifting IRIS for the recipient's personal use at home. Share your quantity, preferred colours, delivery postcode and required date. Stock, price and any special requests need confirmation.
What is the minimum wholesale order?
A fixed wholesale minimum is not stated on this page. Request the opening-order and repeat-order requirements for your intended sales channel before making a purchasing decision.
Can I request a mix of IRIS colours?
IRIS comes in Glacier Blue, Pearl White, Blush Pink and Satin Silver. Include your preferred colour mix in the enquiry. Availability and mixed-colour ordering must be confirmed for the actual order.
Can I get a sample or demonstration unit?
Ask whether an evaluation option is available for your proposed order. Free samples, discounted demonstration units and returns of used products are not promised.

Yes. Athena Air currently ships Australia-wide. Include your delivery postcode when enquiring so stock, freight and timing can be checked for the proposed order. Bulk-order arrangements should be confirmed rather than assumed.
Can businesses outside Australia enquire?
Contact Athena Air before ordering for an overseas destination. Shipping, electrical suitability, local requirements and resale permissions need separate confirmation. This page does not promise international supply.
What warranty comes with IRIS?
The published two-year limited warranty applies to normal domestic use, subject to its conditions and exclusions. Commercial-use exclusions are set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy. A business quote or enquiry does not by itself change those terms.
Are marketplace sales, dropshipping or custom branding included?
Not automatically. Ask about permitted sales channels, product imagery, fulfilment and branding before making plans. Do not assume dropshipping, exclusivity, private labelling or marketplace approval is included.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Your business name, intended use, estimated quantity, delivery location and timeframe are the most useful starting points. For resale, add your website or store details and proposed sales channels. An enquiry is not an order.
