Approved Creator Collective members agree that Athena Air may reuse approved creator content in accordance with the usage licence stated in their Creator Agreement.

What is the Athena Air Creator Collective?
The Athena Air Creator Collective is Athena Air's Australian creator program for selected hair, beauty, UGC, lifestyle, micro-influencer and professional creators.
Do I need a minimum number of followers?
No fixed minimum is required. Athena Air considers content quality, engagement, audience relevance, creativity and brand alignment as well as reach.
Can UGC creators apply without a large audience?
Yes. If your strength is creating useful product videos, demonstrations or photography, include your portfolio.
Can micro-influencers apply?
Yes. Smaller, highly relevant communities can be a strong fit for Athena Air.
Do creators receive a free IRIS?
The program is primarily based on approved creator pricing rather than an automatic free-product offer.
How long is the collaboration?
The standard introductory Creator Collective commitment is three months.
How much content do I need to create?
Deliverables are confirmed before you accept. You will know the required formats, quantities, platforms and deadlines first.
Does Athena Air own my content?
Creators generally retain ownership of their original work. The Creator Agreement explains the licence granted to Athena Air to reuse approved content.
Can Athena Air use my content in advertising?
Paid advertising, whitelisting or creator-handle advertising only applies where specifically included in the agreed terms or separately approved.
Can hairstylists apply?
Yes. Hairstylists and relevant beauty professionals who create useful hair content are encouraged to apply.
Can beginner UGC creators apply?
Yes. Include your strongest existing examples or portfolio pieces with your application.
Could this become a paid collaboration?
Potentially. Suitable creators may be considered separately for future paid UGC, launches, campaigns or longer-term collaborations.
