Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you're located outside Australia and would like to purchase an ATHENA AIR product, please contact us at info@athenaair.com.au before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $100.

For orders under AUD $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that during product launches, promotional periods or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • Perth Metro: 1–3 business days
  • Regional Western Australia: 3–7 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–6 business days
  • Regional Australia: 5–10 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays can occur that are outside our control.

If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@athenaair.com.au as soon as possible. If your parcel has been damaged in transit, please include photographs of the packaging and product where possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
